asked on

pdf save no open at first

When I want to click on a statement to download in a pdf format from my credit card website it asks me to save it first to desktop. is there a way to bypass this step and be able to view it directly without saving it first.

You will have to configure your browser's to open instead of save PDF.

Please go here and configure for your specific browser: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001114.htm

What web browser are you using?
chrome
Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed?  If so then make Adobe Acrobat Reader your default PDF reader.

Change the Default Program for PDF Files: https://its.uncg.edu/Software/Available/Adobe/Default_Association/
let me check and I will let you know. thanks
