How to print workbook in color - printer settings, select all, etc. only prints first page in color.

I am working with excel 2007 and I have changed my printer settings, selected all then changed the page set up, changed in print settings while under print entire workbook. All three option print the first page in color and the rest black and white and double sided. Right now I am going tab by tab to update the page setup - is there a better way to do this though.

Well, before I suggest messing with the Print Titles or grayscale settings, try changing the dpi.

Go into  "Page Setup" and change print quality to 600 dpi. Some printer's only have a 600 dpi setting which could be why you're only getting your first page in color and not the rest. If you change the setting in the computer to the highest dpi, suddenly "poof" they're compatible now and it will stop being fussy with you! :)

It is already at that setting - I have changed the first 10/20 tabs and now those pages print in color but the rest are still in grey scale.
