Formula will not allow me to add additional rows and still function properly

Hello,

While trying to add additional rows to the formulas below (Example C9:C:400 or AC9:AC400) then hit enter and the formula pops up but it is not functional. I'm at a loss. ANY help would be appreciated. Please see attached...

Here is the formulas and respective columns:
E: =COUNTIFS(PIPING!C9:C23,'SYSTEM LOG'!A6,PIPING!AC9:AC23,">0")
F: =COUNTIFS(PIPING!C9:C23,'SYSTEM LOG'!A6,PIPING!AO9:AO23,">0")
G: =COUNTIFS(PIPING!C9:C23,'SYSTEM LOG'!A6,PIPING!BC9:BC23,">0")
H: =COUNTIFS(PIPING!C9:C23,'SYSTEM LOG'!A6,PIPING!BE9:BE23,">0")

when I copy from above it becomes

=COUNTIFS(PIPING!C13:C27,'SYSTEM LOG'!A10,PIPING!AC13:AC27,">0")
Dennis,

You need to delete unwanted rows, which you have 5000 rows in System Log, which slows down your calculation, you can drag down more if needed,
Actually is in every sheet, Press Ctrl+End and see the last used cell.

You are all awesome! Thank you all so much! I've selected SHUMS because his explanation was direct and to the point (even showed the actual fix by example). Easy to follow and made me rethink how I was setting up this spreadsheet. Again thanks to all of you.
You're Welcome Dennis! Pleased to help :)
