Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc opens and closes after 1 second

HI,

One of my customers have reported a problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc closes after 1 second. I have tried to resolve this by uninstalling it, running the cleanup tool and going into program files, program data and appdata to remove every last file that could possibly be to do with Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc. I have also installed the latest version.

I noticed online people mentioning running a "eula.exe" in the program files, but this does not seem to exist and as far as I can tell it only applies to Reader not the full blown paid for version.

I have hit a brick wall with it, any help would be greatly appreciated. The machine it is running on is win 10 pro.

Thank you In advance

Are you sure you got C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore? I saw a msg board post where that fixed it for someone else.

Is this the CC version or the standalone? If it's CC, make sure you are logged in before opening it.

Also, have you tried logging in under another user's profile and see if it does the same? Could be a corrupt user profile issue.

Uninstall Adobe Acrobat, restart PC,

Install and run CCleaner free version, Registry, scan for issues, and fix all errors, then Restart,

Install Adobe Acrobat  and retest.

Thanks for the reply's. I have done both of the above and no luck :(
in \\packages.uwgb.edu\applications$\Adobe\SerialNumber

1. Run RemoveVolumeSerial as administrator
2. Run AdobeSerialization
Try a different user profile - is it reproducible for the other user?
@ Ramin

Where is \\packages.uwgb.edu\applications$\Adobe\SerialNumber, how to i access that file?
This is the source of that link.

I have hit another brick wall with this. I have tried the whole c cleaner thing again. I even spent about an hour going through the files to find any remnant of an adobe file and deleted it. I have tried it on another user and still the same issue. I have made sure i deleted the Sl store. I have even ran ccleaner after i installed. I have tried every thing I can think of or find on the internet. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated please.

Thanks
Uninstall Adobe, check if this address exist, and delete  Adobe plug_ins folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe>Version<\Acrobat\plug_ins

Then reinstall it.
If you were not able to find that address just search and find the Adobe Acrobat Plugins  folder and delete it. Then uninstall and reinstall program.
Delete Plug_ins3d too.

after Uninstalling come back to this folder and delete everything related to adobe Acrobat.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe> your Version\  and delete everything in here.
I have already done that and removed everything. I have not only gone into program files, but I have also gone into program data and app data and any other path I can think of to remove adobe files.

I also seen online about updating my nvidia drivers, I tried that but still no luck.
Have you tried my suggestion by now? If you have no other user to test with, create a new test user.
Yes I have tried it with another user but exactly the same issue.

Sorry for a very delayed response. Im going to close this, none of the above worked but i did install an older version and that worked. So  im leaving it at that.
Thanks For all of the help
I suggest to use a different PDF reader. Old version of Acrobat will become insecure and unsupported in the future. Take maybe Foxit Reader.
