Incorrect date display in crystal Report
Hello,

I am using SAP BusinessObjects Crystal Reports 2013 Support Pack 4 Version 14.1.4.1327 CR Developer.

When I drag and drop the date field from my service it shows an incorrect date on the report.

As shown in the screen shot image

How to overcome this issue? Even if I enter different parameter it shows the same incorrect date. It doesn't display date in database.

How is it incorrect? Does it not account for your time zone? You are pulling data from a field which would change based on your query.

If you run the same query on the SQL server, do you get a different result?

It seems your query does not match the result set crystal processes.
It is difficult to say from your image what might be going on.

Can you upload the report file?

Forgive the obvious, but are you sure that you're browsing the correct field?  The field that you're browsing appears to be the one on the left side of your report, with a 1 hour difference (Maybe because of DST?).

Hi Arnold,

I am using a correct field. I am dragging it to the report. In database my date is 03-Oct-16 05:55:39 PM.
It's kind of junk value which is getting displayed on report.

Hi Mlmcc,
Okay. I will upload the report file

Hi James0628,
Yes the field is correct. Left side date is Departure date and the incorrect one is Arrival Date.

Is it some junk value?
Even if I delete the field and refresh the report connection I am facing the same problem again.

I don't see the date on the report.

SInce we can't see the data source it is difficult to research the issue.

Have you tried building a new report with just that one table to see what data you get?

I don't know.  If you had "Save data with report" checked in the main report or subreport, then you would see old data at first, but you should get the current data when you refreshed the report.  I don't know what you were seeing.  I guess it's possible that there was just something wrong with the subreport.

Before doing any report I always see that "save data with the report" unchecked and then proceed further.

It is a rare case. Sometimes it comes and sometimes you may not.
