Searching .jpg files by date and time

How can I search through .jpg files by date and time, either creation date and time or saved date and time?

Another difficult one to close properly without feedback from the asker, but I'll give it my best shot. If the asker means data/time in the Windows file system, then Bill's suggestion of NirSoft's SearchMyFiles is a great solution. If the asker means EXIF fields, then my suggestions of NirSoft's ExifDataView and Phil Harvey's ExifTool are good ones. At first, I wasn't going to accept Chris' post, as blind links to a Stack Overflow thread is not the way we do things at EE. :)  But his PowerShell comment and "find a tool" comment changed my mind on the matter, so I'm giving some points for that, too.
