Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 - Live migration with replication already enabled.
Dear EE
I got 2 servers running Hyper-V Server 2012 R2. We'll call them Host1 and 2.
Host 1 has 2 VMs that are replicated to Host2 using Hyper-V replication.
I need to do maintenance on Host1 urgently.
So here are my questions:
1. How can I move the VMs to Host2 with no downtime?
2. Seeing as replication is enabled do I first need to remove replication before moving the VMs to Host2?

@ Philip - Thank you but I planned failover will result in downtime.
I'm not sure I understand?
The planned failover would bring the VM up with virtually no down time or data lost.
Moving/copying/importing would be a point in time requiring the VM(s) to be turned off?

Meh, can't edit via mobile.
EDIT: That point in time means the possibility of data loss.
