Are there any ways to reset the Windows 2008 and 2012 Server ?

Note :
1. We have physical acces the server
2. We are forget the password

Did you installed Active Directory on the server?
If you did, you can reset domain admin password using this method:
https://www.top-password.com/knowledge/reset-windows-server-2012-password.html

If not, you can reset local admin password using Windows installation disk:
http://www.chntpw.com/reset-windows-8-7-password-without-reset-disk/

Or use the third party freeware Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, Ophcrack, Ubuntu Live CD, etc.
