Cellular LTE Security Camera Solution?

I am looking for an outdoor security camera that can view an area remotely on a rural property. The area has excellent cell service on all major cell service providers, but no internet access. So I am looking for a single camera system that can be mounted on a light pole and stream video through a major cell provider like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, & T-Mobile. This is my main requirement to answer this question.

Optionally, the camera would be able to:
  • Take time laps images
  • Move PTO and Zoom
  • Saves data for later use
  • Operate on solar power
If any of these features are included in the answer, it would be a better answer.

I realize that I can MacGyver a few systems together to make a solution, such as using a WIFI security camera with a WIFI LTE HotSpot device, but I am hoping to find an all-in-one solution that will reduce complexity and the chance of a disconnection/support.

Ip cams using DC feed 12v car battery with solar panels that would charge this battery cell providers have a wifi hot spot wifi based camera that registers with a remote ....

To summarize you are looking for wifi ip PTR cam that includes remote control since commonly cellular hot spots might not provide port forwarding/static ip such that the only way to control if the camera includes linkup to the manufacturer's portal to which you would connect to control it.

What is your budget?

Durability/durations?
Here is an example of a wifi PTs cam http://www.lightinthebox.com/easyn-waterproof-ptz-wifi-ip-camera-cctv-camera-with-sd-card-slot-and-nightvision_p474466.html?currency=USD&litb_from=bing_shopping&utm_source=bingshopping&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=bingshopping

The control remote ...... Ddns could be used to make its ip register/known
The port forwarding on the cellular, sierrawireless has broadband based gateways ..
