Hi I have never had that issue before it just started today.

I was able to install it on windows 10 without any problems.

The crash it shows at the end of the installation.

As the other Expert pointed out, the software is built for Windows XP & Vista and Server 2003.

Is downgrading to Windows 7 a possibility for this machine?  Because you can run Windows XP mode on Windows 7.  Here's the download, but I don't think that would work with Windows 10:

You could create a virtual machine in Hyper-V to run WinXP or Server 2003 from Windows 10.  But, that would require you to have a WinXP or Server 2003 installation CD & activation key to get that to work.

Okay but month ago I was able to install it on windows 10 and actually staff still use it on their wks  but I was trying to install it on 2 new machines and I cannot do it because this crash error. Hmm I am just thinking maybe the Microsoft released so updates for windows 10 which doesn't  allow me to install it now.

Maybe I will try to install it in Safe mode?
Couldn't hurt.  Or, You could snap an image of one of the working machines and put that on one of the new machines.  Do you have any disk cloning hardware or software?  If you don't have disk copying hardware there is plenty of freeware available online to do that.

I have fixed it.

from the event logs you can noticed that the TAS books installation was calling Office excel.

So what I did, I Uninstalled office suit an d then I was able to install TAS books without any problem.
