I'd start with the usual stuff like making sure you have updated video card drivers and install all the latest Office 2010 updates and patches.<br />

After that, I do see your font size is pretty large. Does it do the same thing with smaller fonts? Could be a corrupt font issue of some kind.<br />

If the updates don't fix it, open up an elevated command prompt and run <i>sfc /scannow</i> and see if that does anything.

Also is this just one file that it happens with, or multiple ones? If it is just one file then it could be the document is corrupt (or corrupting) and you might want to copy and paste the content into a new file and re-save.

In WORD 2010 (Win7Pro64) on dell S234M monitors with a Matrox M9120 PCIe x 16 graphics card, I've been get screen anomalies when I right click in the document to bring up the mini edit and format menu dialogues. &nbsp;Menus come up, then when I try to close, I get leftovers, such as this:<br />
