I have 2 scenarios<br />

A)i want to upgrade windows server 2003 domain controller to windows server 2008 or windows 2012 &nbsp;from &nbsp;domain A to another Domain B &nbsp;in same forest<br />

can i do through GUI also i was asked to use ntdsutil which is command line i suppose is there any difference between GUI and using ntdsutil , can some body outline steps. also how will i migrate or transfer any applications sitting on the windows server 2003 to other server<br />
