LCD Projector and TV Monitor to Laptop

We have a LCD Projector that is about 50 to 60 ft from the laptop.  We are using a 100 ft VGA cable for the connection.  There is also a TV monitor that is being in the same.  One of our tech person brought a splitter and attached to the end of the VGA cable.  Then there is a VGA cable going to the laptop and another VGA cable going to the TV.   After setting that up, we notice that the projection on the screen is dimmer and both the projection and TV monitor have wavy jumpy images.  What can we do to get clarity and get rid of the wavy jumpy images.  Thanks

Put the laptop much closer to the projector so the 6 foot cable reaches. Run the Laptop or Projector by the remote control unit for greater flexibility. There are ways with Ethernet and convertor boxes but that is more expensive.

What kind of splitter are you using?  The problem sounds like your splitter is just a splitter.  You need one that also amplify the VGA signal.

Something like this has a range of 324 feet (of course you will never reach the maximum) but definitely at least 75% of what the spec. claim.

This one up to 147 feet: https://www.amazon.com/Panlong-Splitter-Amplifier-Extender-Projectors/dp/B00L3W1OLS/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1496447290&sr=1-4&keywords=vga+amplifier

Thank you for your suggestions.  The Projector is up on the ceiling and it is more then 10 ft above.  So going straight will not work for us.
Yes our splitter is just a splitter.  I will purchase the amplify VGA splitter to try out.  Thanks!
You're welcome.  Let us know how it goes.  Cheers!
You could use a 15 foot HDMI cable and that would work. Otherwise an amplified splitter will work. You are too far away for dividing signals as that reduces a signal by about 1/2
The vga amplifier should work and use the existing cable.
You must need VGA Amplifier
