I want to mirror the content from one computer screen to several smart televisions.

I want trying to find a solution that many businesses are asking me so solve.  I have many people that want to display one computer screen onto many smart televisions.  i.e. it is trivia night in a big bar.  They have eight televisions.  They want the computer that has the trivia questions on it to be displayed on all the televisions. If the client had installed a hdmi matrix switch this would be a simple fix, but without that wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to mirror the computer to multiple displays.
Any help would be thanked.

You can use Matrox VGA Card ,
It depends  on how many television you want to mirror

One computer to 8 TV screens right - all you need is an HDMI or VGA splitter (make sure it's amplified to ensure signal integrity).

This and the cabling to each TV is all you need to accomplish the above task.

HDMI 8 port splitter/amplifier: https://www.startech.com/ca/AV/Splitters/HDMI-Splitters/8-port-hdmi-splitter-and-amplifier~ST128HDMI2

If you prefer VGA you can use this: https://www.amazon.com/Splitter-Distributor-1920x1440-Resolutions-Transmission/dp/B00W18PA1I/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1496463715&sr=1-1&keywords=vga+splitter+8+port+amplifier

Thanks for the answers but we need a wireless solution here.  The televisions do have hdmi inputs but none of them have VGA inputs.  The televisions are all new and do have mirroring capabilities but the best that I know is that we can only mirror one computer to one screen.  Is there a way or a product that allows me to mirror one computer to multiple tvs?

Is the trivia game an actual software on the computer or on the web?

If it's on the web then you can mount any Android media player boxes on each TV and stream the website on each TV.  It will be wireless and you can get Android stick or box for a reasonable price.

If it is an application that you're running on the computer then you will need to share your desktop with all the screens.  You can achieve by using Google Chromecast for each TV then cast your desktop to all the TV.

Here is a good article on someone using the setup similar to your purpose: Chromecast to Multiple Devices With One Computer

Side idea if the 8 TV have a USB port you could just add an image or a slide show to 8 USB  pen drives and play it on each of the TV. Put the  TV to USB app select images  It would play in full screen. Simple no wires inexpensive.

Here is an app which is suitable for you: ApowerMirror. You can mirror you iPhone X to PC and then connect PC to TV via HDMI cable. THX.
