My customer had some else install a QSEE HD QTH4 Video/System &nbsp; NTSC/PAL &nbsp; Serial Number: QTH41509220168. He tried to contact the installer and they will not return any of his calls. He does not have the setup info or a manual for the system. I am trying to reset the admin password for him but have not been successful.<br />

How do I reset the admin password so that he can have access to the system? If I have to do a factory reset please email the instructions please.<br />
