Switch Configuration with and without PortFast

If I understand when configuring switch ports with Porfast, then if we plug then unplug the Host there will be no TCN (Topology Change Notifications) sent to Root Bridge.
Well, in case Portfast is not configured on the Switch and we Plug / Unplug hosts, is this going to create any issue in the Network when considering TCN that will be sent by the  Non-Root switch to the Root Switch ?

Thank you

Thanks Chris ,  I am aware of that.

What I need to know is when you unplug a computer from a switch port that is not configured as Portfast.
Will the Switch send Topology Change Notification to other switches ? jus like port failure..

Probably with Rapid Spanning-Tree  plug/unplug a computer from a Port is not considered as TCN, even if the port is not configured as Portfast.

Chris,
in your example above, you are using MST.
in my example , I was referring to plain STP. If I am not wrong, plain STP  it is not used anymore.
I believe plain STP, sends Topology Change Notifications (TCN). when an access port (without Portfast) has lost connectivity with a computer.
RSTP and MST will not send TCN when access port is down.
