Website Layout Issues Wordpress Theme

Hi,

I'm using wordpress with a theme I purchased for my website, I recently updated the theme and am now getting unusual results every time I load up the site, the featured images are now either CUT off, Skewed, oddly zoomed in, or not showing at all.

This doesn't happen every time the site is loaded, maybe 2 out of 3 times it loads correctly (mobile version is always displayed correctly). If I clear the history on the browser, and open the pages below a few times, then the bugs will start occurring. The theme creators are not being helpful as they see no problems on their side, and that's enough for them to not look any deeper.

I'm also getting these results on the cross-browser testing site : https://www.browserling.com/

The pages with the worse issues are :
http://lapetitemangue.com/menu-traiteur/
http://lapetitemangue.com/service-de-traiteur-asiatique/

I've attached some screen shots of the bugs and also what it SHOULD look like below, this is happening on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, all with the latest versions, windows 7 or 10:

The first picture below you'll see the image is cut off, it's 1/3 of the height it's supposed to be

This is what it should look like:

The second picture below is completely zoomed in and bad quality

I know I'm asking for a lot here, but I'm trying to prove to the theme developers I have a real problem, which they don't seem to believe, can someone help me find out what could be causing this?

Thank you for the help!

Unless the theme update has security updates, it is generally ok to roll back to the old version. Do you have a copy or backup of the old version of the theme?
