Moving autocomplete file from Outlook 2010 to 2016 while using Google Apps Sync

I'm migrating Outlook 2010 users to Outlook 2016 (Windows 7 to Windows 10).  We're also using Google Apps Sync. I'm having trouble getting the autocomplete to work.  I've tried importing as outlined here..

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2806550/how-to-import-.nk2-files-into-outlook-2013-or-outlook-2016

I've also tried renaming the autocomplete to the Outlook 2016 'stream...' file that's suggested here...

https://blog.zensoftware.co.uk/2014/05/29/how-to-copy-the-auto-complete-information-to-a-new-outlook-profile/

Neither have worked.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Steve

Outlook 2010+ stores autocomplete list right inside the mailbox. So, the best choice is to use one of the third-party tools.

ASKER

I found a tool to rebuild the autocomplete file from the emails, but don't know if I can trust it not to contain viruses.  Do you have one you can recommend?
Yes, sure. The product of my company: ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook. It provides all tools you may need to backup/restore/migrate autocomplete list. Moreover, the Professional Edition provides a command line you can use to automate the process by utilizing it in your batches/scripts.
Thanks for the link.  I took a look at your software.

I made a mistake, though.  It's Outlook 2007 I'm moving the NK2 file from.

Although I appreciated the response from the expert, it didn't help lead me to the solution.
