I set up a MS Access front end with an ODBC to a MS SQL Server database. &nbsp;When I do a search via an access form, it is taking over 2 minutes to return the result. &nbsp;I'm not sure what is causing the latency. &nbsp;I configured the ODBC to use the server ip address + MSSQLSERVER,Port #. &nbsp;I experienced the same amount of latency using port 1433 and 1434. &nbsp;Any suggestions as to how to resolve the latency would be greatly appreciated.
