Remove "No printer" checkmark in Crystal Reports print

When connected via RemoteApp (on server 2016) to our application, users click print icon and get the print dialog. The dialog chooses the correct printer but add the checkmark in "No printer", which the user then has to remove to enable printing. Doing so for 100 prints is a bother.

How do I remove the checkmark? In CR I've removed the "no printer" checkmark. I've used a dummy printer that doesn't exist on either my system or remote host, to force CR to use the proper default printer. I've also tried setting the "no printer" checkmark, just as a test.

Is there something going on when RemoteApp server assigns printers? We had some trouble where local default printer wasn't transferred to server, so it defaulted to Windows PDF Writer instead...

Was using older version of CR, but making changes on the trial version: SAP Crystal Reports 2016 SP 4.

Any help?
