exchange 2013 problems, no outgoing or internal mailflow
Hi there,
We have a new internet connection and I tried to change the IP address from the server today. I also had to install a pop connector because we have no control over the firewall/router. After the ip change, there was no mailflow anymore. After doing some work on the DNS incoming mail (by pop connector) started flowing again, however, outgoing and internal mail is not working. Mails are send by outlook and then just dissapear. I am busy for 8 hours now and completely stumped. Tried to go back to the old situation but still the same problem. Logs don't say much. Exchange is running on a windows 2012 server. Any help would be very appriciated.

I think it is maybe the connectors, have you checked that all the settings in the different connectors?
ASKER
I deleted the send connector and recreated it with the settings: mx-record linked. further "smtp * 1" settings and the local server.
Ok I see
Have you modify the receive connectors?

Just found out, that incoming mail is working because of the pop connector. when I telnet to the server I can go all the way to "data . " But the it errors with:
451 4.7.0 Temporary server error. Please try again later. PRX4

no modification of the receive connector.
Ok you can Restart "Microsoft Frontend Transport" and "Microsoft Exchange Transport" services to see if the mail flow starts again?
