Officially, Office 2007 is not supported on Windows 10 and you need to upgrade.

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Which-versions-of-Office-work-with-Windows-10-0fc85c97-da69-466e-b2b4-54f7d7275705

So, Microsoft will not test whether Office 2007 will still be working (and they do not care either) whether the update of Windows 10 will break it.

You can try to start MS Outlook 2007 in safe mode first before you get a new MS Office 2016.

Yes sure i can uninstall the updates but the problem is that it's too much to uninstall (lot's of updates patches was installed on June 4th), even after installation was done it said that this OS update is a major one & your system will experience a major change!! i think this is every one situation with the same case??!!

Thanks Jackie Man..

No two cases are the same and it takes time to troubleshoot.

Win 10 updates do break many things as security has been tighten up to fight ransomware.
You could try a repair, but no way to guarantee that it will work. I've seen some cases of people installing Office 2007 without issue, but I've seen just as many (if not more) cases of it not even being able to be installed. So ideally, you would...
1) Upgrade to a newer version of MS Office
2) Switch away from MS Office altogether (OpenOffice or LibreOffice would be replacements to consider)
