Crystal Reports grouping
Hello,
I'm having trouble getting something to group. Please see the note I made at the bottom of page two of the PDF. I also attached the rpt file as well.

Because one line is a piece of metal that needs to be cut, and the blue items are processes that go with that piece of metal. To have it break across a page is confusing to people.
I tried the grouping and nothing changed. It is in a subreport so I wonder if that's causing the issue.

You did change the grouping option in the subreport, right?
I changed them and it resulted in what you wanted for that page but I suspect there will be issues with other groups.

Yes, I tried modifying the grouping in the subreport and couldn't get it to work. Would you mind sending a copy of the report that you got working?

I don't think it's working. The last line on page one should go to the next page. Basically, group6 and details belong with each other and shouldn't be separated by a new page.

Thank you. I grouped it another way, but I forgot exactly how because it was a while ago. Just closing out this question.
Try turning of the GROUP KEEP TOGETHER for GH2 and GH3
