This version of Quickbooks is not supported on windows 10.

Having said that, some people have found that disabling your internet connection before running the program seems to fix the problem (i.e. disable wifi or unplug network cable). I found some discussion here for your reference: https://blog.quickbooksusers.com/quickbooks/windows-10-older-quickbooks-fail/

Quickbooks 2011 is not supported on Windows 10. As I recall, to work properly, you need at least Quickbooks 2015.

No, Quickbooks files must be at the same version AND PATCH level.  Intuit stinks.

You can read older files in a newer version, but not the other way around.
