IT Project Proposal Resource

I am looking for some kind of website where I can find sample proposals for different kind of IT projects? I know I can deliver the technology to my clients but I can't write a decent proposal which probably caused me to loose several bids. I right for example I am writing one for a VDI solution for a school. Does anyone know any resources?

I don't know if there is such a kind of site...probably googling for proposals would give you some clue...but personally when a proposal would arrive on my desk there were a lot of little things that would either make my attitude positive of negative..besides the price factor...
Personally i would like the proposal to have some kind of formality with proper logos,font,spacing neatly and tidy...something that shows you are have really took some time to prepare it for me not just a piece of paper that just written something in a hurry and toss it to me...
I like to have some details about the product or the services you are going to provide with short but consise description along with detailed pricing...also i a was keen to see proposals and ideas on how and what it could be added and what would be the benefits of them...
Lastly i want the extra details of the product but not the complete manual so giving an extra sheet with detailed specs would add to my 1st impression...

This question needs an answer!
