Cannot access Share File in LAN but WAN

Hi, I can access my Share File in WAN (public) address, but no luck in LAN. Can anyone explain?

Attachment is the error screenshot. Both machines are Win Server 2012R2

Hello,

To clarify, when you are outside your  LAN you are able to access the system with the IP of 192.168.55.77.  When you are connected to your LAN you receive this error.

Were you ever able to access this through your LAN?

"To clarify, when you are outside your  LAN you are able to access the system with the IP of 192.168.55.77.  When you are connected to your LAN you receive this error.  "

That server has private IP address (192.168.55.77) and public IP address (X), I can access X via File Explorer (\\X\sharefolder) but cannot via \\192.168.55.77\sharefolder

Yes I could access it before.

Yes this is my bad. The Kaspersky AV block the server's IP address due to some scanning which I did last Sunday.

It is okay now when I exclude that IP address of AV. Thanks for your comments!
Hello

Is this problem solved? If it works now, try mapping the folder.  Just curious if it would work with a mapped drive.  It is easy to get an IP address wrong.  Some people would enter 192.168.55.77 as 192.186.55.77
