I have a newly built Dell Poweredge T430. Built from the setup disks that came with the system. It is Server 2012R2 and is a file server and running Quickbooks Enterprise. It is running slow and when opening task manager I see windows desktop manager using 25% of the cpu. What could be causing this issue on a new build?
