VMware upgrade error

I have dell poweredge R520 and upgraded all the bios and drivers on it. It had esxi 5.1 U1 installed. I tried the below command to install 6.5 and gave me error:

esxcli software profile update -p ESXi-6.5.0-20170404001-standard -d https://hostupdate.vmware.com/software/VUM/PRODUCTION/main/vmw-depot-index.xml

So I used below command to install 6.0 and it went successful:
esxcli software profile update -p ESXi-6.0.0-20161104001-standard -d https://hostupdate.vmware.com/software/VUM/PRODUCTION/main/vmw-depot-index.xml

Please list solution to fix it and how to upgrade to 6.5?
