DNS Response on Verizon Cell Service

Odd problem.  My users that are have Verizon as  their cellular service are getting the wrong IP address of my mail server when trying to connect via exchange.  They are getting an IP that I haven't used in years.  I have added screen shots of the AT&T User vs the Verizon user.  I have doublechecked my DNS provider (MediaTemple) and that is all configured correctly.

You are correct this is my OWA server.  However after some more digging I don't think it is Verizon.  Well it is partly but i checked propagation from whatsmydns.net and it appears that some DNS Servers are not updating with the same address.  I moved my DNS server years ago and it is possible that I didn't have the old zones deleted.
Yes, something is not right that's for sure. Verizon should be able to find out why they're resolving to your old name though which is why I would encourage you to contact them. They know what forwarders and DNS servers they are relying on for their services. It might be they have no issue at all, but at least then you can rule them out.
