if i understood well, u have desktop linked to citrix? if so, it could mean<br />
1. its in users start of their desktop, meaning they didnt close those applications before leave the session, maybe<br />
2. theres a fail somewhere in the set up that avoid, when they close their session, to copy paste their desktop on the server
