Client machines failing to connect to Citrix server, getting error no citrix xenapp server configured, yet it is configured

Hello experts,

We have just re-installed Citrix server and clients are getting the following error:

Unable to launch your application.  Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server.  There is no Citrix XenApp server configured on the specified address.

Need help troubleshooting the Citrix XenApp.  We are using 4.5 and running windows server 2003 (old and plan to upgrade soon)

Help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for feedback. How can  I check if ports are opened? Where would I go? And check which ports  be used? Novice in
