Template that autopopulates recipients and the subject line

Hello,
I need to see if there is a way for me to create a template in Outlook, that when opened up the recipients and the subject line are already filled in.  To go a step further, can the present date be auto inserted to said subject line of the email?  I have a current template that I use for the body and it seems ok for now.  Of course, there are tweaks that need to be done...

TYIA,
Greg

yes for sure a small vba routine could do that and linked to a button

do you want to use formatting in oyur body of the email ? if yes then will need to use HTML codes. you will need to provide a sample of the whole this from email to subject to body and I will build it for you. The big challenge is the body especially if it is HTML

for sure you can put fake emails and then replace within the code when its ready.

OMG.  Thank you so very much.  I will start here.  My goodness, I am so very grateful.
your welcome anytime. Let me know if you need help for the body especially if it is in color bold etc ... then it is HTML you need to go and here are codes and codes...

If this one is fine for you then close it and ask a related one by posting your specific body in true fonts and will be glad to code it for you.

Just a small thing my time is close to 1 am so will do this tomorrow if you will.
