Outlook 365 - Deleted Emails

The statement from my customer was "I went in to delete 3 emails. The computer froze up and now all my emails are gone since 4/4/2017".

I login in to the Web Portal as her and yes, indeed, her inbox has nothing it after 4/4/2017. Does anyone have any idea where they might have gone and/or how to recover them?

I will try that but want to point out that on my computer (not the Customer's) I logged in to the Outlook 365 Web Portal as her and can verify that there are no emails newer than 4/4/2017. So if I am seeing that online on my computer I wouldn't think recreating her profile on her computer would do anything different but will give it a try.

I would tend to agree. She said she was just deleting 3 but .......   I will ask her for more detail tomorrow.

The mailbox is far, far from empty. She has hundreds of emails prior to 4/4/17. I will have her look through her deleted items folder but I have a feeling that isn't the deleted items folder you two are talking about. Isn't there a hidden one that holds items before permanently deleting them? How do you access it?

She is using Outlook 2010 in conjunction with Office 365 (data is all in the cloud). There is no "Recover Deleted Items From Server" on her Home ribbon.....

Well.... recovery from the deleted folder recovered a bunch but none of them were the ones missing from her inbox. I copied her OST to my computer and ran DataNumen on it. It undeleted directly from her inbox and seemed to work.

I think the real problem is that she wasn't sure exactly what she did so reversing it was difficult. Thanks all.
You are welcome. Sorry about all the troubles as that makes thing hard for you.
