How can i stay connected to hot spot that constatntly asks you to click continue?

I stay at a campground during the summer. They have free WiFi but every time you connect, an internet page pops up and redirects you to a page that says click to continue for free WiFi. You do not have to enter a username or password, Just click continue.
Ideally i would like to have a wifi access point setup that i can connect my laptop and phone to.
I started looking into setting up a router with DD-WRT but have no experience if that would work in this situation.

Might be easier if you connect the computer and then set up (Network and Sharing) an ad hoc network to connect your phone.

You would have to set up a wireless access point with a GUI that will allow you to connect to the camp. Ask first. There are likely rules against this, and possibly controls. Lots of people would do this if they could
Here is a decent document on how to turn your computer into a wireless hotspot

This will be a better way than trying to add a router.

There are sections for Windows 10 and 7. The setup is part of Windows settings.

Use Fiddler to see what is called when you click this button on the page. Knowing this will make it easy to write a WGET command and schedule it in Windows Task Scheduler

Thanks John Hurst, i know how to do those things but i think maybe my question can be better worded...  I have no problem connecting my devices, but if I then walk away for half hour or sometimes the connection drops, i cannot continue unless I stop, close my browser, re-open browser so the prompt comes back to click on the agree button to use the internet.
Shaun Vermaak, I never used that before but I will try that tonight. I'm not sure if i understand but i think I see what you are asking.
