Conditional Formatting not working for disabled
Using ACCESS 2010: On a continuous form I am attempting to set TransactionAmt to disabled, background Black with white lettering if the [ParcelServiceMilestoneAct iveInd]=0.
On the control for the TransactionAmt , I selected the option Conditional Formatting.
I have set the background color for disabled to Black with white lettering. The preview looks correct, when I select Okay the screen indicates light gray. Is there anyway to set it to black?
Strange behavior, please look at the attached document.

you're welcome ~ happy to help
btw, if you only set Locked, then the user will still be able to select and copy contents, just not modify ~ Conditional Formatting does not let you specify that though. You could use the Current event to set Locked since only something on the current record can be selected/changed anyway.
