Outlook auto accepting invites

I have one user that is having an Outlook issue.  Outlook is automatically accepting all meeting requests and then deleting the request from the inbox.  I know there is a setting in Outlook to auto accept an invite.  That is not on and I even toggled it on/off to make sure.

We use Outlook 16
Office 365

Any help with where to look?  Thanks in advance.

could you post results of Get-CalendarProcessing cmd for the user mailbox??
Also check for Rules.

Sunil - what would I be looking for in the cmd results?

Vasil - I disabled all rules with still no luck.

@Sunil, AutoAccept is only configurable for Room mailboxes in Office 365, it cannot be toggled for user mailboxes.

@cames01 I would suggest checking the Audit logs for the mailbox (enable them first) and running a message trace to double-check on this. Running OffCAT/SaRA or the standalone Calcheck tool might also reveal something (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2678030/information-about-the-calendar-checking-tool-for-outlook-calcheck). Lastly, try to reproduce the issue when Outlook is running in safe mode so that no add-ins are interfering, and even disable mobile devices that might use the same mailbox.
@Vasil you are right we can only set attribute return by Get-CalendarProcessing for a room mailbox, but here I wanted to check if the mailbox wasn't setup to auto accept,

A mailbox can be converted into any type of mailbox any time.
