Hi Thanks for reply, I believe I have console cable (Its light blue color) , So i need to connect that cable into ROUTER Console port and then other end of that cable I have connected with USB Serial Converter and then I have connected that USB with my Laptop, Please correct me If I am doing anything wrong.
Then I gone to device manager and I can see COM11 as PORT, Then Please guide how to setup PUTTY with that PORT. Also what is CLI on the router ?
FYI I am new to CISCO so I am learning, Please feel free to give me TIPS. Is there any IP from which I can access CISCO 871, I tried but no IP worked.

Also once I download PUTTY then which IP and Username and password i will give? As I am not aware of Router IP and Username and Password.
Setup Putty as seen in the image (but COM11) then press open, you will connect to the CLI (Command line interface).
You will need the username and password for your router.
Then I would start reading this http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/12_2/configfun/configuration/guide/ffun_c/fcf001.html
it will give you the basics to get your router up and running.
You will also need to do this to enable the web GUI to configure via a web page. (Router(config)# ip http server)
This link also gives your the basics to configure your router via the CLI http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/access/800/850/software/configuration/guide/routconf.html
The default username/password for cisco 871 routers is usually cisco/cisco
(These answers are under the assumption that the router has all default settings)

I was able to get access of router using Serial Cable and I was able to see configuration. However I want to access using GUI and I am not able to access that yet. It is mentioned like that:
interface Vlan1
ip address 192.168.3.1 255.255.255.0
ip nat inside
ip virtual-reassembly
So i tried to connect my router with ISP and tried to access using 192.168.3.1 and still its showing that Can't find page.
Please tell me what i m doing wrong.

If so plug either the serial or USB (depending which cable you have) in to your PC/Laptop and the other side in to the port labelled console on your router.
Then you will need a telnet client like 'Putty'. Check the device manager on your PC/Laptop for the COMS number your connection has, then configure 'Putty' to connect to that COMS number.
This should get you in to the CLI on the router and allow you to configure everything you need.
