providing access to email for an assistant
we have an exchange 2010 server, running on windows 2012 std server, which provides mail for around 30 users.
A few of our users work away from our site, and we require to have a local assistant to be able to access their email whilst they are out of the office.
Is there a way to do this without providing them with each users password?
we didn't particularly want to add these users to a local outlook client, ie we don't our assistant to permanently have access to these mailboxes. We liked the idea that they could use OWA to connect to a mailbox when required, but did not want to have to provide the users full credentials.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
