Showing scatter points more clearly on a graph

I am attaching a file with dummy data. How can I format the scatter series on this chart so that the data points are clearer e.g in the CD111 control chart the data points are bunched together. in the PB 208 control chart the data points are a bit clearer but the labels are still overlapping. In SB121 control chart, they are also a bit melded together :-)
How can I make them easier to read? I'm using Excel 2010 so I wouldn't have all the capability of 2013...thanks.

The problem appears to be how close together most of you value points are and then you have several outliers too. If you show just the Values and remove the outliers then you will not have the melding of the labels. Without more information, I can't really do much though. Can you make 2 charts, 1 with the Values and then 1 with all the other columns? Then you would probably be able to make it work.

Alas, this is the exact format they want...and this is typical of how close together the data points are - I've gotten the scatter points as small as I can go (2) and I was wondering if there was a way to make the font in the labels smaller... thanks though :-)
Making the labels smaller won't keep them from overlapping because of how close the Values are. If you make them small enough that they don't overlap (which I don't think is possible) then you won't be able to read them and they won't matter anyway.

Often I've found that the end user doesn't really know what they want until you show them what is possible. If they want to see the data in a meaningful way and be able to read what is there they will need to use at least 2 graphs for each. One for the Values and one for the other stuff.

Well what they are doing at the moment is printing out a chart with the lines on it and marking the values on it with a biro......so this - even if it's not ideal will be a definite improvement...

I got it working and they were happy with not having the data labels - even though they were squashed.
I'm glad you were able to make it better for your client and that I helped at least a little.
