What do people use to store customers info

Iv been ask to document more solutions to support tickets so lower members of staff can lookup possible soutions and action without having to ask me to get involved.

Just wondering what people in the industry use to stuff like this?

ideally something like a wiki page? BUT the issue i can see here is i would need a wiki to each of my customers (40+)

the analogy i used what. look up how to change a light bulb but each customer wil have a different fitting and a different method of accessing the light fitting. so a wiki would work but wouldn't work as different customers have different solutions for the same task.

any advice would be greatful.
