vSphere Client is not Proxy compatible or aware, it's designed to connect directly to ESXi or vCenter Server, and is also now End of Life.

You should really familiarize yourself with the Web Client.

'Thank  you very much. I am gong to use the web client.   in the browser I just need to point it to the proxy server to access vcener through proxy ?
If you have a local proxy server, it's usual for you to exclude local LAN IP Addresses, so they do not go through the Proxy Server.

So Exclude it. This can be done in the browser, or PAC file if you use PAC files.

Sorry, only our proxy servers allow ppet 443 so I want to send traffic using our proxy.

No it doesn't  go through proxy but firewall is blocking the port, it is allowed from our proxy servers.
