BSOD interpretation
Hello Folks,
I have this BSOD dmp file here attached that I cannot glean anything from. I am using BlueScreenView, but it doesn't seem to want to find the file. Also, I am not the best at understanding what I see in these files anyway. Can someone look at this file and help me understand what caused the BSOD? This is a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit machine. I believe this occurred when the user re-docked it while the lid was closed. Thanks!

Mostly yes. Be careful with registry cleaners. And also check Memory.
You might also run TDSSKiller (Kaspersky) to check for root kit viruses.

You have some good suggestions from above.
Try these suggestions too:
Try this command first
SFC /scannow
Then scan your system with RKill and AdwCleaner

Also try to remove any HP blatware or third party softwares from the PC.
Uninstall your Antivirus, check for BSOD and then reinstall it.

Thanks for the suggestions! I did uninstall and delete the video driver/software then reinstalled. I disconnected and reconnected the laptop to the docking station a dozen times without issue. I am having him use it for a few days to be sure (this always occurred during that process). I will come back and close this question next week after giving it a good bit of time. Thanks!
if these do not solcve the problem - run diags on ram and disk - to be sure about the basics

The umbrella of solutions are good for anyone, but it seems the video driver was my answer under that umbrella
