Emails not received, where to look at Exchange 2007
A customer told us they emailed two of our people yesterday, but neither of them received the email. I am also being told the emails were delivered to our Exchange server, but, we cannot find them on the users Outlook. Also, they have received other emails from this same customer. It is only the email sent at 1:34pm to both of our people that was not received in Outlook. They have since received other emails from that some customer.
We are using Outlook 2007 on Win7Pro machines using a .ost file. Our server is SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007.
How do I figure out what happened to the two emails at 1:34pm yesterday and how to do I determine if there is some problem with Exchange?

This solution is only available to members.
To access this solution, you must be a member of Experts Exchange.
You need to track the message, to check if it was received by Exchange Server. You need to use: Get-MessageTrackingLog to check the information.
It is only 1 email?
