failing that just re-present the RDM again to the new VM. The data in the RDM cannot be deleted as it's a LUN on your SAN.

When detaching the RDM: &nbsp;selecting &nbsp;&quot;delete files from Datastore&quot; this destroys the Mapping file but NOT the LUN content. <br />
However, be careful when doing for HD it will delete the &nbsp;VM completely.
