Active Directoy / Exchange

Hello

I have an AD (2012 R2) with an Exchange 2013.
Few days back I got a corruption on the Exchange box. It took me some time to fix it.
My problem now is that I feel that somehow the AD has been "corrupted" at some places.
Example I delete a mailbox and try to re-create I get an error, OWA gives me some errors for certain users..

My question is the following
Are there tools, set of procedures I could run to detect those problems and fix them eventually ?
Are there some diagnostics tools that can help me detect the problems and how to fix them ?

Thank you

I don't seem to have errors in gym AD yet when I browse a user properties I get many S1-6)373737 that are "list" GUID.

I wonder why and how come there are no tools (even 3rd party) that do the checks and balances to make sure that ur infrastructure is running correctly without error..
