Hello,
Our help desk has received a lot of calls stating that searching in Outlook 2010 has stopped working properly. Ive tried rebuilding the index but it didnt solve the issue. I was told by others that a recent windows update caused this, does any one have more information?

I had problems with Outlook 2010 this week from an update as well. It was KB3203467. Although it had nothing to do with searches rather attachments. see this Link and this one.

Make sure that your window search service is started ..
Also reset and rebuild Outlook Indexing, Once you are done with this, there is a high probability that you get rid of Outlook search Issue
