outlook 2016 with exchange 2016 client keeps asking for password

I just added a new computer to our network and installed office 2016 home and business.  The problem I am running into is once I open outlook 2016 it requires me to input the password for the account that I am logged in to.  Once I do that the window keeps coming up like it’s not accepting the credentials. I would like to note that there were no issues when I did the initial connection to our onsite exchange server.  I would also like to note that this is not a hybrid environment.  This is the first office 2016 client that I have introduced to our network; all of our other clients are either 2013 or 2010 and are running without any issues.  Any help or advice to help point me in the right direction will be much appreciated.
