You haven't said what OS you have nor whether it is in ESRT2 or RSTe mode.

Installing Server 2012 Essentials in ESRT2 mode.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25935/Intel-Embedded-Server-RAID-Technology-2-ESRT2-RAID-driver-for-Windows- is the driver I find for it, presumably you have tried that though. Have you created an array to install onto using the BIOS utility?

Hmm, odd. Intel list the board as supported for that driver but not the C204 chipset.

Yes, that is the driver that we have tried.  We have created RAID 10 array with the ESRT2 utility.

The particular driver we select is Win7_2008R2X64.  Should we try a different driver?

theyve listed wrong driver. C202 chipset does not support esrt2 its RST so you need RST driver.  Cant give you URL for it as my broadband just went off so using cellphone

Computer data storage, often called storage or memory, is a technology consisting of computer components and recording media used to retain digital data. In addition to local storage devices like CD and DVD readers, hard drives and flash drives, solid state drives can hold enormous amounts of data in a very small device. Cloud services and other new forms of remote storage also add to the capacity of devices and their ability to access more data without building additional data storage into a device.
