webpage print icon to a you Tube siteParvepave5669

Hello, I have a strange issue. in Internet explorer 11 on Windows 7 I clicked on a link on you tube and it took me a website. Symantec caught the infection but now every time i try to print from a web page using print button, select any printer it gives me a error message. this page can not be found. Basically it tries to redirect me to that particular Youtube  page. It is only happening to a ne particular website.

Thank you in advance

Can you please provide the infection name that symantec caught. Also, have you tried clearing your browsing history, cookies, and cache.

Once we identify the infection we can look for solutions.

I just looked for it and could not find a detection. I ran symatec scan, Malwarebyte scan and it finds nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE from control panel. Same thing. Its just one website. nissanfinance.com and the only the print button.
Its strange but there  is only one particular page on this website that has this issue. If I try to print from another page it works fine. it prints. Just one particular page that the print function takes me to a youtube page error message
