Upgrading PHP to a higher version
I am running PHP 7.1.1.
I have downloaded 7.1.6 zip.
Do I extract it to the folder that contains 7.1.1 which in this case is IIS Express/PHP/ ?
And how do I go about accomplishing upgrading to the new version ?

just curious as to how this might be done and I think I will just stay with the version I have.
if I need any of the features I'll look into this again at a later date.

It might be easier for me to try and register a new PHP version through the PHP manager and delete old version of PHP. What do you think
Michael
